Monthly Release Body Oil

Monthly Release is an oil designed by and for women to alleviate discomfort associated with monthly cycles. Monthly Release soothes spasms and pains, loosens cramps and tensions, while regulating hormonal balance and emotional instabilities.

To use, apply the oil on the lower belly, hips, and lower back whenever needed. Gently massage in a circular motion until absorption. Use up to 3 times daily, whenever the pain is most severe. For an added touch, after massaging the oils into the skin, place a hot and humid towel on the painful areas. Gently massage in a circular motion to prolong the relaxation.
